About Barb Bragg
An accomplished entrepreneur and career professional, Barb has over 20 years of experience working with small business, governments and not for profit organizations.Â
Barb’s interest in the area of trust at work drew her to become trained personally by internationally renowned trust-building experts Michelle Reina, PhD and Dennis Reina, PhD. Barb is certified to conduct individual, team and organizational Reina trust assessments.
Within the Military Family Services sector, Barb was the Military Family Services Regional Manager for the United States, leading a team of geographically disbursed staff. Prior to that, she was the Prairie regional Field Operations Manager, sought after for providing effective support to Executive Directors, Boards and service delivery teams at Military Family Resource Centres.Â
Barb’s innate ability to get to core of a complex issue resulted in the creations of the Prepare-Move-Arrive, Connect-Settle-Thrive, impact-focused outcome planning tool. The model caught on and is now being used as a national best practice approach for identifying the needs and services to address the military lifestyle relocation cycle.
