Caterina Perry

For over 20 years, Caterina has held progressively senior roles within Military Family Services (Employment Coach, European Regional Manager, Senior Manager Military Family Services - Canada and Executive Director of the National Capital Region). As Senior Manager of Military Family Services – Canada, Caterina’s role was to provide consultation, support and training to Canadian Military Family Resource Centres (Executive Directors and Boards). Caterina holds Executive Certificates in Board Governance from both the University of Ottawa, Telfer School of Business and Queen’s University, Smith School of Business. Caterina's experience with MFRCs makes her aware of the unique challenges they face. Additionally, Caterina has personally experienced the military lifestyle as a reservist, spouse of a military member who spent time in the Army and Air Force, and currently as the spouse of a Veteran.
